Floyd Dean Neal

Floyd Dean Neal, 55, born August 8th, 1969 passed on Sunday September 8th, 2024. He passed away surrounded by his loving family. 

Proceeded in death by his grandparents who raised him from birth Floyd and Audrey Hand, mother and father in law Rose and Charles Buckley, brother in law Richard Buckley and son Steven.

 Survived by his loving wife Yvette Neal and two children Emilee Neal (Jesse Hernandez) and Damon Neal (Vanessa Peters), his brothers and sisters in law Lonny and Yolanda Purtle, Edward and Lori Buckley, Charles K. Buckley, Lisa Paine, and Carol J. Buckley. He will be sadly missed by a host of nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
