Richard (Dick) Bennett Blackmore

Dick was born on December 9th, 1946, in Eldorado Springs, MO to Ralph J. and Coralea Blackmore. His brothers are Ralph and Randy Blackmore. Dick married Carol Sue Pittman in 1966. They have a daughter Becky, a son Richie, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Dick retired from being a Heavy Equipment Operator for over 20 years. He was known as “Turtle” to his friends. Along with making people laugh, Dick loved his family, motorcycles, and his pets Lucky and Katie Cat. His favorite song was “Old Dogs, Children and Watermelon Wine” by Tom T. Hall.
