Sean T. Horner

He is survived by his father: Thomas Horner of Grand Rapids, MN; his mother Janet Crown and her spouse Randy of Girard, KS; brothers: Kyle Horner and his spouse Amanda of Rocky Mount, MO and Dakotah Crown of Raytown, MO; sister Amy Leiker and her spouse Billy of Desoto, KS; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is proceeded in death by his grandfather and grandmother, Haskell and Marian Pack, as well as one niece, Breanna Fletcher.

Sean loved to care for people. Even among adversity, he always remained steadfast, committed to showing up and making sure the people he loved were looked after. He loved music and hula-hooping and will always be remembered as a free and loving spirit. He was deeply loved and will be truly missed. May he rest in peace.
