- Professional Services Charge
- Removal of the deceased from the place of death and transportation to our facility
- (Additional transportation fees—should they apply—are explained on page five)
- Care & up to ten calendar days climate-controlled sheltering of the remains
- Basic minimum cremation container (cardboard) and temporary urn (black plastic)
- Cremation service charge (decedents over 250lbs incur additional charge) Social Security

- Obituary on our website with a shareable link
- Up to fifty (50) custom funeral program bulletins & a basic guest register book
- Up to a one (1) hour visitation directly preceding a formal memorial service during regular
- business hours (Monday-Friday 9 AM – 4 PM / Arrange an offsite location for no additional fee from us)
- Up to a one (1) hour formal memorial/celebration of life service (regular business hours)
- Preparation and filing of original death certificate (certified copies may be purchased at cost)
- Arrange-Your-Way: Telephone, Virtual, or In-Person arrangements/paperwork
This package includes a $316.86 discount and does not include viewing the body, embalming, special sanitary care, flowers, tribute videos, musicians, minister fees, a casket, evening or weekend fees, fees charged by an offsite location, third party obituary fees, or credit card fees.
